What unique aspects of your community make it special to you? “Our community has so much loyalty and integrity. We want to do what is right for our families, our neighbors, our small businesses, & our schools. We are ALL Dragons and each family takes genuine pride in representing our community well and supporting one another when it’s needed.”

Are there any local traditions or events that you look forward to every year? “The homecoming parade through Southlake Town Square is always a fall highlight. Students of all ages and interests have fun & I love seeing how crazy the mums will be each year!”

Do you have a favorite park or outdoor space in your area? “With an active young boy, I love the turf field next to Gloria’s. The boys throw the football while the parents relax over food and drinks.”

What initiatives or organizations in your community do you actively support or volunteer for? “Being a Carroll Dragon myself and a physician, I have been so honored to support and educate for over 12 years with the Carroll Medical Academy. Sharing my passion for all things skin with these amazing bright minds has been a gift, and our team loves having multiple students rotate with us throughout the year.”

How has your community supported your growth as a local business owner? “I always say, we have THE nicest patients around! They bring their entire families to see us, refer their best friends, & give us the best advice. I learn something everyday at work that helps me in some way!”

If you’re having a “self care day”, where are you going? “Not far for a facial in my office, to the Threading Studio for an eyebrow touchup, and a great pedicure to top it off!”

If you could only pick one local restaurant as your favorite, what would it be? “We always love the delicious food and personal attention at Sushi Sam & breakfast does not get better than Eggsquisite Cafe!“
