3. Additional Privacy Protections for Children
Neither the Site nor the Scout Guide Offerings are designed for or targeted to children under the age of 13. Scout Guide will never knowingly solicit or collect the Personal Information of a child under the age of 13 through the Site or the Scout Guide Offerings unless such Personal Information is submitted by that child’s parent or guardian in connection with the Scout Guide Offerings. We reserve the right to contact you regarding matters relevant to the Site or the Scout Guide Offerings. If you do not wish to receive communications from us, you may opt-out at any time. Requests to opt-out of receiving email or postal mail from us may be sent to info@thescoutguide.com. Opt-out requests will be processed within ten (10) business days.
6. Reviewing, Updating, or Deleting Your Personal Information

Parents or guardians who submit their child’s Personal Information to the Site or otherwise in connection with the Scout Guide Offerings may review such Personal Information, have the Personal Information deleted, or request that there be no further collection or use of the child’s Personal Information. To review, delete, or request no further collection or use of your child’s Personal Information, please mail, fax or email your request to the address below. Your request must contain your child’s name, your name, your relationship to the child, your signature, and the date of your request and is subject to verification by Scout Guide.

7. Modifications
