LIST FOR LOCALS: COFFEE SHOPS IN OKC

Exploring the Locally-Owned Coffee Shops in OKC

By Brittany Butryn

No matter how you take your daily dose of java, you’ll discover there are many locally owned coffee shops in Oklahoma City, each with its own story, style and charm, and some with their very own method of roasting. Unlike many big cities where you’ll find the “corporate” coffee shops on every corner, Oklahoma City offers a unique and eclectic mix of coffee shops to sip, read, meet up, mingle, or simply catch a cup on the run. From bold tasting notes to a light and airy roast – whatever your preference is – there is something for everyone to enjoy.

The team at The Scout Guide Oklahoma City compiled a list for locals of all the coffee shops we love, and we encourage you to check them out! And of course when you do, be sure and tell them The Scout Guide sent you.

The Copley

The Copley is all about presentation and creativity. Their coffee and tea menu reigns supreme with amazing choices like the Honey Lavender Latte, the House Caramel Macchiato, or the Moroccan Mint Green Tea. We recommend popping in for breakfast or brunch where choices like the Bottomless Cereal Bowl, the Apple Pie Oatmeal, Brulee Banana Toast, Pimento Grilled Cheese, Morning Lifestyle Bowl make for a dazzling start to your day. And if you like to brunch like we like to brunch, check out their cocktail menu and order The Elderflower Fizz or  The Summer Fling. This is truly a next-level coffee stop. 610 NW 23rd Street | OKC | @thecopleyokc
