This celebration features artistic presentations of song, dance, narration, spoken word, and video inspired by Dr. King’s dream for a beloved community.

The MLK Breakfast celebrates a 33-year legacy of leadership in the Twin Cities and is a landmark event known for uniting our community and benefitting UNCF Twin Cities local scholars. Minnesotans of all ages are invited to attend the State of Minnesota’s 38th Annual Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Holiday Celebration, hosted by Governor Walz and Lieutenant Governor Flanagan. This in-person event sponsored by USBank is free and open to the public at the Ordway Center for the Performing Arts. Doors open at 9:30am and the program starts at 10:30am.

Light refreshments will be available at the conclusion of the event, which is free and open to all.
