The time of giving, gathering and general joyousness is here! Sourcing local for your Thanksgiving feast, holiday preparations, gift giving and more is simple, fun, easy and a great way to spread the love in our Hunt Country community. There are so many local, wonderful businesses that will make this time even more vibrant if you choose to support them. The Whole Ox
Be sure to consult The Whole Ox’s Thanksgiving Guide to furnish your Thanksgiving Feast with delicious sides, desserts, fabulous wine and of course, the main event, the turkey! Order by November 15th to secure the goodies for the big day. Order online, over the phone, or in person!

RAAC 18th Annual Fall Art Tour
November 4-5th | 10am-5pm | Details
The Rappahannock Association for Arts and Community is hosting their 18th installment of this amazing annual Art Tour! The Fall Art Tour has grown into one of the Virginia’s premier events. For more than 40 years, RAAC’s mission has been to build and sustain community through the arts in Rappahannock. All net proceeds from the Fall Art Tour go towards our Claudia Mitchell Arts Fund, which awards grants to local artists and organizations. The Inn at Little Washington will be offering a dinner for two in support of the Tour! There are two ways to enter: one free raffle ticket, and increase your chance of winning with additional tickets available with a donation (as with all proceeds from the Fall Art Tour, proceeds go to support RAAC’s Claudia Mitchell Arts Fund). Sprout 5k/1k Fun Run
November 5th | Clyde’s Willow Creek Farm | Details
Run, walk, or roll a 5K/1k and become a Sprout Possibilitarian! Whether you plan to roll our 1k course, complete your first 5K, or you come out to reach a personal best, join Sprout Therapeutic Riding and Education Center for this fun event! If you would rather, you can run, walk, or roll in your own neighborhood by participating virtually. The purpose of this great community event is to raise funds for Sprout Therapeutic Riding and Education Center, a Loudoun-based non-profit that changes lives through partnerships with horses.

Hidden Creek Fall Farm Day
November 12th | 12pm-3pm | Details
Head to picturesque Hidden Creek Farm in Delaplane, Virginia for a day filled with the best Fall activities: a farmer’s market, animals, food, hikes, garden tours and more! Be sure to bring a picnic blanket or folding chairs.

Wreath-Making Workshop
