If you polled most Americans, they’d likely say that the week between Christmas and New Year’s Day is one of their favorites of the year. Odds are most of us are taking a break from work sans responsibilities and any calories ingested are freebies, right? Others may say Spring Break… for obvious reasons. 

Whisking away on a jet plane with your favorite people drinking a colorful concoction out of a coconut? That does sound pretty ‘favorite-y.’ But one-week people may not have on their radar is Minneapolis St. Paul Magazine’s Winter Restaurant Week – and we’re excited that they’re changing that.

Starting February 19th and running through February 25th, 40 participating Minneapolis restaurants will open their doors as their chefs spice things up with two to three-course table d’hôte menus ranging in price from $15-$45. This is the perfect time to try a new restaurant (or twelve!) without breaking the bank, and since life is jam-packed, heck you’re probably busy planning that Spring Break trip, we’ve put together a list for your planning pleasure. Time to clear your calendar and put on your fancy pants, because you’re about to meet your new favorite week.
