Kopf Hunter & Haas Celebrates 100 Years in the Greater Cincinnati Real Estate Market

Established in 1923 as Kopf & Kopf by brothers and business partners Walter, Willard, and Larry Kopf, this local real estate icon forged its legacy with custom home building in prominent Cincinnati areas such as Hyde Park, Mt Lookout, Mt Washington, Watch Hill of Anderson, Indian Hill, and Amberly Village.

In 1974, Walter’s son, W. Larry Kopf, established W. Larry Kopf Company where he and his wife carried the tradition of the family name in real estate building, appraising, and residential real estate brokerage. In 2010, Larry’s son, Pete Kopf, who was licensed in 1995, and his wife Heather, licensed in 2003, took over ownership and renamed the brokerage Kopf Real Estate, with a focus on residential real estate.

In 2017, Pete & Heather grew the brand when they joined forces with Susan Haas & Chip Hunter and merged with their high-end independent brokerage of 35 years, HHB Partners, thus forming Kopf Hunter & Haas Realtors®.  HHB Partners brought with them a high level of professionalism and a reputation of success in the Cincinnati marketplace, and today, Kopf Hunter & Haas Realtors® is owned by Pete & Heather Kopf and Susan Haas.
