1. Hydrating Facials

Hydrating facials not only remove impurities from your skin, they also infuse hydration into your skin! I love the DiamondGlow because it combines microdermabrasion with your choice of infusion: Brightening, Hydrating, or Anti-Aging. I would choose all 3, please!

2. At Home Maintenance

Maintenance is imperative to protecting your facial investment. Just like brushing your teeth, working out, and eating healthy every day! The are many options for daily skin treatment beyond serums and lotions. LMNT is a medical grade red light therapy with biostimulation. The biostiulation keeps your skin active, encouraging collagen production, along with the red light and heat. It is also easy to use, no gel needed, and it is used directly on your skin. my favorite part? LMNT can be used anywhere on the body and is easily portable, I take it everywhere!!

3. Buy GOOD Sunscreen

I feel very strongly on this topic. You need different sunscreen for your face and body. I recommend a medical grade sunscreen for your face, neck and chest. In the morning I start with Alastin Hydratint, always my last layer of skincare. It matches all skin tones and combines moisturizer, tint, and SPF. Remember to apply SPF throughout the day- try a powder with SPF if you don’t want to get your hands greasy. I am loving the ZO Mineral Powder with SPF right now!

4. Drink water all day long!

Cheapest skincare tip I will give you. All day long. Flat, bubbly, tap, doesn’t matter. You need to hydrate from the inside, give your skin what it needs to stay plump, tight and healthy.

5. Big Hats

They are not just for your grandma anymore. There are so many stylish hats now, many with good sun protection built in. The wider the brim, the better the protection. Wallaroo Hat Company has a great selection of protective, stylish hats. If you have one you love, send it to me!
