The Alchemist has two Boise locations: Overland Road, and Stewart Avenue. His venture started in 2014 when he learned how to roast coffee beans with sunlight. The operations halted due to the struggles through the roasting process until 2018, when the gears of Primal Coffee turned gracefully once again.

This one-man coffee roaster company has been in the show ever since. You can find Austin at the Saturday market or 20 N Latah from 7 AM to 2 PM every Tuesday to Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 8 AM to 1 PM.
