Operating Boise’s office for the worldwide not-for-profit Dress for Success organization, Executive Director Rachel Flichel knows that while the path to confidence and self-assurance begins internally, a chic outfit doesn’t hurt. Part of a network working towards empowering women through business education, attire and development, Dress for Success has been a partner in uplifting the Boise community while advocating for its members to thrive and achieve. Rachel’s celebrates all things grand and small in her personal life, as well as professionally.
