Operating Boise’s office for the worldwide not-for-profit Dress for Success organization, Executive Director Rachel Flichel knows that while the path to confidence and self-assurance begins internally, a chic outfit doesn’t hurt. Part of a network working towards empowering women through business education, attire and development, Dress for Success has been a partner in uplifting the Boise community while advocating for its members to thrive and achieve. Rachel’s celebrates all things grand and small in her personal life, as well as professionally. Rachel talks the best day of the week (TGIF!), Disney and Home Alone 2: Lost in New York as the one and only movie worth watching on repeat- 20 times to be exact!

I don’t read…never have enjoyed it.

Rome is my favorite series ever.

Being named CEO of Influence last year.

Being a mom.
