Jon Dennie of Clearwater Construction was tasked with building a custom retreat for an active family with loads of hobbies. From a decked out home theater to an expansive music room and custom storage in each available pocket-the John Starnes designed home does it all.

The 5,500 square foot property sits on 3 acres and was designed to intentionally use natural light with generous access to the outdoors. Next to the home sits a share pond thats accessible to community residents.

With a significant portion of materials sourced locally we were thrilled to see our members Pacific Shore Stones throughout. Jon leans on the teams at Encore Building for tile, Metro Appliances, Builder’s Stone Supply for both interior and exterior stones and Godfrey & Black for next level fireplaces. This home is truly in a class all its own.
