Meet Bre Bardenwerper

A native to the North Georgia Mountains, Bre graduated with a degree from The University of North Georgia, and began working with various small businesses soon after. This helped foster her passion for local businesses and the people behind them.

After living and working in various parts of North Georgia, Bre opened her own home décor and gift boutique in the town where she grew up. As a small business owner herself, advocating for local businesses and supporting the communities that make up North Georgia has become even more of a passion. Bre hopes to use her eye for design and experiences with small businesses to create a beautiful guide that represents North Georgia’s local life, year after year.

When not working, Bre can be found spending time with her husband, Mitch, and kids, Landon and Lennon Kate. Bre also enjoys shopping local, interior design, and drinking coffee on her front porch.

As Editor of The Scout Guide North Georgia, Bre encourages celebrating local businesses and highlighting the faces and places that make North Georgia truly unique.

WORDS TO LIVE BY:  She gave her all and did her best, And not to impress others Or to meet someone’s definition of success, But because she knew God was watching her, And would honor her faithfulness. —Morgan Harper Nichols
