3OA & Destin, Florida

Think sunny and 75! With an average of 343 sunny days per year, and an average temperature of 75 degrees, this enviable climate makes the 3OA-Destin area the perfect place to get outside and explore. You’ll discover a coastal wilderness of state parks and forests, as well as nature trails and rare coastal dune lakes, to set your sights on by foot, by kayak, on a paddleboard, or even horseback, all year round. Each season offers festivals and events to enjoy, such as Wine Fests, Art Festivals, Bloody Mary Fest, Digital Graffiti at Alys Beach, Seaside School’s Annual Race, and the Destin Fishing Rodeo, to name a few.

Nantucket, Massachusetts

The island is home to so many creative, unique individuals year-round, and is a gathering place for even more during high season. The town is a collection of individually owned businesses that give the island uncompromising character and charm. From The Daffodil Festival in Spring to the Figawi regatta, The Nantucket Film Festival, the Wine Festival, the Cranberry Festival, Christmas Stroll, and countless other community events, Nantucket is one of the most festive and engaged communities! There are endless ways to connect with the peace and beauty of Mother Nature and unplug from the demands of the everyday. The beaches are beautiful, and the sailing off the island is exceptional. The island is very bike-friendly, and there are countless paths around the island to enjoy and explore.

Newport Beach, California

One of the top reasons people live here—and visit—is to take in all that nature has to offer. There is nothing quite like watching a breathtaking sunset over The Wedge or taking a long walk down the beach. Whether you’re out for a stroll, enjoying a dip in the ocean, or a kid on your bike after Junior Guards on your way to the Fun Zone, there are endless ways to soak up the Southern California sun. Newport sports a unique lifestyle, embodying both the laid-back and the luxe, making this special place the perfect juxtaposition of urban swank and beach-town cool. Ultimately, the locals make Newport Beach the vibrant, pet-friendly, outdoor-obsessed place it’s come to be, where you can take your dog on a walk and assuredly make a new friend or paddle board around Balboa and find a new crew. For those included for less robust adventures, hitting Lido Village for shopping and a cocktail is always a popular pastime.

Cincinnati, Ohio & Northern Kentucky

Cincinnati has one of the most exciting commitments to culinary talents and establishments. It’s a city that is uniquely eclectic, being home to a wide range of cultural cuisines, while also having its signature style when it comes to takes on a table. Whether it is the whipped feta from Emery, a sushi roll from E + O, the bolognese from Forno, or even a plate of “sloppy” chili over spaghetti noodles from Skyline, it’s all delicious here. Cincinnati is sprinkled with neighborhoods rich in culture and history that all have their small-town epicenters—Columbia Tusculum, East Walnut Hills, Hyde Park, Mariemont, Old Milford, Ft Thomas, and Covington just to name a few! And each neighborhood has its own “downtown” business district that is awesome to frequent and recommend!
