Spring has finally sprung and it’s time to get your hands dirty! If you’re an avid gardener, or even if you’re just starting out, you won’t want to miss the Denver Botanic Gardens’ annual Spring Plant Sale. This event is the perfect opportunity to kick off the gardening season and get advice from expert horticulturalists.

The sale takes place on Friday and Saturday, May 12 & 13, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the York Street location (1007 York Street, Denver, CO 80206). With 15 different plant divisions, you’re sure to find something that catches your eye. But be sure to arrive early for the best selection, as the last entry is at 4 p.m. and the event ends at 5 p.m.

Admission to the sale is free, but reservations are required. Members have the added bonus of being able to shop from 8-9 a.m. on both days, before the sale opens to the public. If you’re not a member yet, this is a great opportunity to become one and receive 10% off all purchases.
