Meet Leigh Gordon
A native of Omaha, Nebraska, Leigh Gordon moved to Denver after graduating from Miami of Ohio, and over the past 18 years, Denver has truly become her home. When the opportunity to take over The Scout Guide Denver arose, she moved back from L.A. to assume the role of Editor/Owner, having known about The Scout Guide since its inception (Leigh’s sister is TSG Co-founder Susie Matheson). In Denver, Leigh has found a family of friends and a very supportive community, and as Editor/Owner of TSG Denver she is excited to support her town and celebrate the best of local Denver.
Leigh’s Favorite Reasons to Visit
The weather. “You can’t beat the 300 days of sunshine in Denver. Even in Winter, it may be cold, but at least the sun is shining!”
Access to the outdoors. “We have nearly 20,000 acres of parks, and you can find a day hike within 30 minutes of Denver.”
The culture. “We have a thriving arts and culture scene, with seven different art districts across the city.”
