On May 31, Darling Boutique signed the 15% Pledge inspired by @aurorajames and her call for major retailers to pledge 15% of their shelf space to Black-owned businesses. Darling has pledged to shift 15% of their shelves to the products from Black makers. 

Many of you know that Darling Boutique carries fantastic consignment treasures, but they also feature over 70 local artisans. “We celebrate all of our makers, and have a unique position as a consignment shop to support so many other small businesses,” shares owner Linnea White. “We celebrate our Black makers, and encourage you as a consumer to support Black-owned businesses.”
