7 Things Our Northwest Arkansas Editor Is Loving Right Now
As advocates for small businesses, The Scout Guide editors are continually scouting their communities for local finds to share and celebrate. With their fingers on the pulse, they are also excellent sources of unique recommendations. Recently, we caught up with The Scout Guide Northwest Arkansas, editor Jennifer Esty to find out what she’s really excited about these days. Here, she shares a few of her current obsessions, from her go-to scent to a swoon-worthy necklace she hasn’t stopped wearing.

Maison Louis Marie No.04 at Hillfolk | “My go-to scent is Maison Louis Marie No.04. I’m so thankful that I can get it locally at Hillfolk in Bentonville.”
2. What I’m Coveting
Drop 004, By Design at MIXD Gallery | “I just attended this new exhibition and I am absolutely obsessed with Linda Lopez’s piece Untitled (Mirror And Hooks). It’s unbelievable and different from her other sculptures, and done exclusively for MIXD. I’m also absolutely crazy for George Dombek’s newest fern watercolor collection. One of those pieces will be hanging on my wall very soon.”
3. What I’m Wearing

Wallpaper with the guidance of Nana Winters Interior Design | “I’ve been working on my house with Nana Winters this year and I’m thrilled at the results so far. Having someone like Nana who thinks out of the box and adds fun little details at every turn is a game changer. One of my biggest takeaways thus far: Wallpaper. Changes. Everything.”

Roberto Coin Necklace from Blakeman’s Fine Jewelry | “I was recently in the market for a celebratory piece of jewelry for myself and went to Blakeman’s knowing that I would get the attention and guidance I was looking for. I decided on a Roberto Coin necklace and I have worn it everyday since.”
6. What I’m Listening To
The Scoutcast Podcast | “I’ve been having a ball engaging in conversations with so many wonderful individuals around Northwest Arkansas on The Scoutcast. There is so much happening in this area and it’s such a treat to chat with the movers and shakers of NWA. We have some of the most innovative, creative, motivated people here—there almost aren’t enough microphones to go around! I’ll get to everyone though, fingers crossed.”
7. What I’m Gifting
The Little Candle of NWA | “I’m really into custom gift giving. Last year I worked with The Little Candle of NWA to create our own custom The Scout Guide Northwest Arkansas scent and they nailed it. I’ve been giving those to clients, friends, and other editors all year long. They smell amazing!”
