Technique: The proper way to use a roller on a wall is to dip the roller into the paint tray and remove any excess.

• Then roll the wall in a “W” pattern without lifting the roller off the wall.
• Roll in a 3ft. x 3ft. space over each W until the space is covered.

Storage: Wrap your brushes during breaks in plastic or aluminum foil, and squeeze all the air out and seal with a rubber band.

• For overnight storage, put the wrapped brush in the refrigerator. It will preserve the elasticity of the bristles.
• For long-term storage, clean and hang upside down on a wire or rod. The bristles won’t break since they are suspended in the air.
