TSG: WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE THING ABOUT LIVING IN PARK CITY?

R & M: Molly and I both love the outdoor lifestyle that is accessible year round.  Every season offers a unique opportunity to connect with nature and there is something for literally everyone.

 

TSG: WHAT ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE SOMEONE LOOKING FOR A HOME IN TODAY’S MARKET IN PARK CITY?

R & M: Make sure you work with an experienced agent that is well connected!  Molly and I continue to transact off market and believe our relationship with agents and clients offers our Buyers and Sellers unique insights, information and properties.

Also, if you want to invest in or move to Park City, now is still a great time!

TSG: ARE THERE ANY NEW PROJECTS/AREAS YOU ARE LOVING RIGHT NOW IN THE PARK CITY AND SURROUNDING AREAS?

R & M: Molly believes that SkyRidge is a more affordable option, when looking for a close-to-ski, view oriented, amenity rich, stunning community.   I am excited about all of the opportunities at the Mayflower- from the Hyatt to Marcella to Velvaere – I look forward to watching this ski area flourish. 

TSG: WHAT SETS PARK CITY APART AS A DESTINATION TO BUY A SECOND HOME, VERSUS OTHER SKI RESORT TOWNS?

R& M: Park City’s proximity to the Salt Lake International Airport is so convenient, which sets it apart from other ski resort towns. Also, the access to ski resorts- Deer Valley, Park City, Canyons- makes it easy to ski a few runs in the morning or spend the entire day. 

TSG: TELL US WHY YOU TWO MAKE SUCH A GREAT TEAM!

R & M: Molly and I fill each other’s shoes seamlessly, while complementing each other with completely different skill sets and personalities.  Also, because we have worked together off and on for over 14 years and are part of a blended family, there is a deep level of trust and communication woven into our partnership.
