Recently, we launched the seventh volume of The Scout Guide Tidewater—Virginia Beach & Norfolk. To celebrate the guide’s debut, editor/owner Mary Kaufman held a party for members and friends at The Porch, where guests enjoyed drinks and light bites while perusing the new publication.
