Meet Lana

Lana Jo Hill is many things; a wife, a mother, a lover of animals, an advocate for those less fortunate, and the proud owner of an accounting business called Hill Bookkeeping & Consulting.  After years of juggling motherhood while excelling at a corporate career, Lana saw firsthand the disadvantage that mothers specifically face in the workplace and set out to do it differently on her own. She has been featured by LinkedIn for building a work culture at HBC that allows her team to excel at their careers while holding space for all the other real-life responsibilities they have. She encourages all her clients, like she does her team, to build a life that will allow them to be their whole selves, particularly when it comes to the finances of their business.

She built Hill Bookkeeping & Consulting on the premise that business owners need the ability to focus on being great at what THEY do.
