What does your ideal day look like?
Spending time in the morning with my kids, going out to meet with prospects and new customers, spending some time observing and coaching the crew and enjoying a nice meal at home with my family.

Favorite/most rewarding part about your business?
The variability and that no day is the same as the next and I get to be outdoors.
