7 Things our Baton Rouge Owner Is Loving Right Now

Prada Double Handle Bag from Joseph’s in New Orleans // “This Prada bag is gorgeous and looks perfect to wear year round. Plus, with a new baby on the way and two busy daughters who are three and seven, the crossbody strap will certainly be nice to free up my hands! I’m so glad to have discovered this boutique from The Scout Guide New Orleans. It’s no surprise that I always prefer to support small businesses when possible.”
2. WHERE I’M GOING
St. Francisville Inn in Francisville, Louisiana // “Whether I’m in need of a weekend getaway or just a weekend brunch, St. Francisville is my happy place. I’m always sure to stop by Sage Hill to do some shopping on my way in or out—sometimes both!”
3. WHAT I’M USING

Where the Crawdads Sing by Delia Owens // “I just finished reading Where the Crawdads Sing and it was fantastic! Now I can’t wait to watch the movie version. It was produced by Reese Witherspoon and many scenes were actually filmed here in south Louisiana, so I’m really looking forward to seeing it.”
5. WHAT I’M WEARING THIS FALL
LOF Rubber Contrast Boot from Edit at LBP // “Since clothing options can be a bit limited as I am expecting (yay!), I’ve decided this is the perfect opportunity to up my shoe game. I’m loving these chunky boots that are chic but have a super supportive sole. I’m also a fan of these two-tone booties from August, these white leather heels from Aria, and these mules from Chic.”
6. WHAT I’M LOOKING FORWARD TO
Football Season! // “We take our football pretty seriously in south Louisiana. Most weekends are filled with tailgating and gathering with friends and family to cheer on our LSU Tigers and New Orleans Saints. I wouldn’t have it any other way!”
7. WHAT I’M DECORATING WITH
Wreath Sashes from Fig & Dove // “Wreath sashes are so fun for me. It’s such a simple way to be festive for every occasion and season, from birthdays to Christmas and everything in between. I’m snapping this adorable pumpkin one up for fall.”
