Elegant cocktail from The Scout Guide with citrus and berries, served with charm.

Summer Spritz

  • 3 Ounce Crisp White Wine
  • 2 Ounce Dry Prosecco
  • 1 Tbsp St. Germain
  • 1 Orange Slice
  • 1 Strawberry
  • 1 Blackberry

  • Use a wine glass, flute or coupe and fill with ice. Place the orange slice on the bottom or side of the glass.
  • Stir in the white wine and St. Germain.
  • Top with the Prosecco.
  • Garnish with the strawberry and blackberry. Cheers!

  • My favorite crisp white wine is a chablis. Try a bottle of 2022 Roland Lavantureux Petit Chablis. It is crisp with all the right minerality for this summer cocktail.
