Yoga is an amazing start to your wellness journey and a great option is The Yoga Shed. Started by Jane Ellington, she offers in-person and online classes. In-person classes are offered on a referral basis and they also have pop-up classes at BarreVa on Fridays. Online virtual classes are great because you can do them from the comfort of your own home. All you need is a mat and bala bangles. The Yoga Shed is currently offering a free 7 day trial for The Yoga Shed Online, where you can have access to over 160 different classes! If you are looking for something a little more intense, give Club Noex Fitness and try! This is a strength training studio that offers personal training as well as group fitness classes. Personal training is great if you are new to the fitness world, you will have your workout plans made for you and have someone to keep you accountable. These classes will range from HITT classes, balance and mobility, to lifting. This is such a good and safe way to test your limits in a safe and encouraging environment. Group classes are a great way to stay accountable and still have set workouts. With a membership, you can choose how many and what classes you take throughout the month. 

Owner, Jordan Rowe built Noex Fitness in the height of Covid. She had been a personal trainer since 2011 and had dreamed of having a private space for clients to train. That dream came true when she opened Noex Fitness and now they are expanding!! Their small studio on Patterson is starting a new chapter by taking over the building next door to expand. The open house is on February 29th open for all to come see the new space!
