ABOUT TSG PLANO & FRISCO EDITOR CAROLINE EAGLE:
Caroline Eagle was raised in South Texas. She attended Tulane University in New Orleans, earning a double major in management and information systems. After graduation, she moved to Dallas to work at Neiman Marcus in the fine jewelry buying office, where she met her husband, Wylie, whom she married in Dallas in 2008. Caroline went on to earn an MBA from Baylor University.
In 2011, Caroline and Wylie welcomed twins, Addison and Tyler, and the family moved to Plano, where Caroline worked in finance at J.C. Penney. Caroline continued to climb the corporate ladder, working as a senior executive for Taco Bueno Restaurants.
When Caroline discovered The Scout Guide, she immediately fell in love with the publication and the mission to promote local businesses. She is thrilled to have the opportunity to highlight the rapidly growing food, fashion, and cultural scenes in Plano and Frisco.
CAROLINE’S THREE FAVORITE REASONS TO VISIT PLANO & FRISCO:
- The Shopping. “Plano and Frisco have enough shopping options to suit every budget and style. From mega-malls to charming downtown storefronts, we have it all!”
- The Food. “We are serious about food here. Our region has become a dining destination for North Texas, with amazing steakhouses, bakeries, and of course BBQ and Tex-Mex.”
- The Urban-Meets-Country Vibe. “This area is a great mix of urban and country. It’s not unusual to pass a field with Longhorns right in the middle of the city. For outdoor lovers, we have an amazing 200-acre nature preserve, Arbor Hills, right in the middle of town.”
