The Venue
A classic venue located in the heart of Downtown Fairhope.
SIZE: This 8,000 square foot building can hold 300 people but can also be broken up to feel more intimate for smaller groups.
IN & OUT: Ample space both indoors and outdoors, but no need to worry about rain because they already have a tent onsite covering the patio complete with bistro lights!
RENTALS: The Venue can provide all tables, chairs and glassware with venue rental.
FOOD: Choose your own caterer so you are able to set a budget as you see fit.
SPECIAL DAY: There is only one event a day so you have the staff’s full attention with access to the space for setup all day long.
LOCATION: The Venue is steps away from many churches, hotels, restaurants and bars located in town and is the perfect space for any event, rehearsal dinner, corporate party, bridal shower, wedding and more! In close proximity to the Hampton Inn making it extremely easy for your guest to stay, shop, play and come to your event/make it back to their hotel safely after.

The Balcony
An elegant balcony venue in downtown Fairhope.
SIZE: 1000 square feet which holds 60 guests seated or 110 guests cocktail style. The Balcony is a perfect spot for intimate gatherings
IN & OUT: At The Balcony, guests can enjoy both inside and outside.
LOCATION: The Balcony is in close proximity to many stores, restaurants, bars, hotels and over looks one of downtown Fairhope’s most “happenin” streets. The Corner of Fairhope Ave and Church street located in the heart of downtown Fairhope
VIEW: Surrounded by the beautiful lights of downtown from November through mid March and the best place to view Mardi Gras parades in February.
RENTALS: The Balcony venue rental comes with tables, chairs and linens.
