Supporting local businesses and communities is our core mission. In February, we partnered with The Scout Guide Asheville and family-owned and operated organic children’s clothing company Mini + Meep to give back to children in need. Together, we donated 10,000 meals to the MANNA Food Bank in Asheville, NC.
Mini + Meep founder and artist Fay Grant designed and hand-painted a limited-edition Live. Love. Local. onesie, tee and unisex tee to support this important cause.
For every Live. Love. Local. design purchased, 11 meals were donated to feed children in need during the month of February. We’re excited to announce we hit our goal of 10K meals donated to MANNA Food Bank!
Did you know Feeding America estimates there are 50.4 million people in the U.S. who are food insecure and 17 million of them are children? Mini + Meep’s nonprofit partner MANNA FoodBank is serving over 100,000 people per month.
