The Gathering returns! Created to bring together chefs, farmers, and makers for a full weekend of exciting events to celebrate the connection between us all, The Gathering 2023 will be held October 6-8.
Colby Rasavong of Bad Idea, Joe Milenkovic of Easy Bistro & Bar, Kristen Hall of The Essential, Bandit, and Bar La Fête, Rob Newton, and José Medina Camacho of Adiõs join RT Lodge Executive Chef Trevor Stockton and Pastry Chef Caitlyn Cox to create two collaborative and immersive dinner experiences at the Lodge.
In addition to enjoying incredible dinners Friday and Saturday night, RT Lodge’s weekend package includes an exclusive foraging excursion lead by local expert Shannon Walker and admission to curated daytime experiences including panel discussions with Nourish Knox, Blanc Creatives, Amy Campbell of The Tennessee Farm Table, local farms, and guest chefs, pottery demonstrations by Leanne McQueen of McQueen Pottery, a fireside chat with the legendary Allan Benton of Benton’s Country Ham, beer sampling, and bourbon tasting. Guests will have the opportunity to privately shop a selection of goods by McQueen Pottery, Blanc Creatives, and local vendors.
