The Ledges’ Rosé Spritzer 

Ingredients

2 lemon slices

4 dashes Peychaud’s bitters

½ ounce St.Germain (elderflower liqueur)

4 ounces sparkling rosé

Directions 

Muddle one lemon wedge, add bitters & St. Germain, pour over ice, top with 4oz of your favorite sparkling rosé!
