TSG: How many years have you been in business?
Taylor Propst: 1.5
TSG: What inspired you to start your own business?
Taylor Propst: The ability to take back my time and fill a gap in an industry I was already working in. The creation of PRS stemmed from my own frustrations when searching for a property manager for my family’s own investment properties.

TSG: What is unique about your business?
Taylor Propst: PRS has taken a position as a manager of luxury properties. PRS is also one of the only management teams specializing in Airbnb management services in the Huntsville area.
TSG: When you’re not working, what are you doing?
Taylor Propst: Out with my wife and friends at the breweries, throwing the ball with my bernedoodle, or hiking around up on Monte Sano.
TSG: What is your favorite thing about Huntsville?
Taylor Propst: The best part of Huntsville are its small-town characteristics. You are always bumping into local friends at the store, coffee shop, or downtown restaurants which makes it a very fun and friendly place to live.
TSG: Do you have any hobbies? And tell us why you love them.
Taylor Propst: While I have been bad about getting on the bike recently, I have always really enjoyed riding my bike around town or mountain biking the North Alabama trails.
TSG: Give us some words to live by.
Taylor Propst: Be a friend to all and a hero for the underdog

Taylor Propst: My dad. He taught me how to live, how to work hard, and how to respect others.
