Catching up with Stephanie DePriest of DePriest Robbins  (and her pup Peter) was fabulous, and we are so excited to share what she had to say about herself and her business with our Huntsville readers!

TSG:  How many years have you been in business in Huntsville?

DePriest Robbins:  22 years

TSG:  What inspired you to start your own business?

DePriest Robbins: A passion and love of what I do.

TSG:  What is unique about your business?

DePriest Robbins: I’m a private personal jeweler working with clients one on one to help them find the perfect piece of fine jewelry, engagement ring, loose diamond, at the lowest possible price.

TSG:  When you’re not working, you’re …

DePriest Robbins:  Spending time with family, close friends and traveling the world.

TSG:  What does “LOCAL” mean to you?

DePriest Robbins: Most Everything, shopping, dining, entertainment. Its important to keep our dollars local so we can all prosper.

TSG:  What is your favorite thing about Huntsville?

DePriest Robbins: Watching it grow and all that comes with that.

TSG:  Give us some words to live by Stephanie.

DePriest Robbins: My favorite is:  “Live your life like you are a feather on the breath of God.” My second favorite is:  “You never have a second chance to make a first impression.”

TSG:  What’s on your desk right now?

DePriest Robbins: Five beautiful cushion cut diamonds.

TSG:  What do you never leave home without?

DePriest Robbins: Wallet, keys, phone, earrings, and lipstick of course!

TSG:  Is there anything else you want us to know/share?

DePriest Robbins: I never take my business or clients for granted. I’m very thankful and appreciative to have had 22 years in the best “girl gig” ever.
