Among the wide variety of cuisine found in the Mediterranean, chickpea-based dishes stand out as a true highlight. The versatility of chickpeas makes them suitable for a myriad of tasty recipes: master the art of cooking up smooth and creamy roasted garlic hummus, falafels with fresh herbs, and top it all off with vibrant zhoug sauce!

Participants will gather inside the kitchen for the cooking class demonstration. After the lesson, guests will enjoy a family-style dinner in our Tasting Room with Chef Victoria!
