Galantine’s Charcuterie and Cheese Board Workshop

Join The Cornichon for the perfect Galantine’s Day event featuring lots of delicious cheese, beautiful charcuterie boards and more. This class will focus on the art and science of charcuterie board design and curation. You will learn about board design and layout, how to use colors and flowers to make your board pop, and more importantly, Regina will teach you about gateway cheeses and how to choose cheeses that you love based on the ones you already enjoy.  In addition to cheese selection, we will also show you how to cut and display cheeses, meats, and fruits to create a beautiful and visually appealing board. You will leave the class with the skills to create a stunning and delicious charcuterie board that is sure to impress your friends and family. Details
