Pasta Cooking Class at Pippin Hill

Travel with Pippin Hill to the heart of Italy and master the art of making pasta from scratch with simple and fresh ingredients! Chef Victoria Cosner will guide you through creating fresh pasta dough, a rich brown butter pistachio sauce, and delectable whipped feta cappelletti. Elevate your cooking skills with these authentic Italian recipes!

About the Cooking Class Experience

Participants will receive a welcome glass of bubbly and venture into the kitchen for an interactive, hands-on cooking demonstration. After the lesson, guests will indulge in a family-style dinner in our Tasting Room.

Sip on Pippin wine while you unlock your culinary artistry—each attendee also receives 2 drink tickets redeemable for your choice of pre-selected red or white Pippin Hill wine.

Upon arrival, please check in with our team who will provide you with your drink tickets, the recipes to follow along, and an apron for the evening. The price of your ticket covers a $135 class fee and a 20% service charge.
