Scouted Women To Watch

In every community, there are individuals who shape lives around them, making a significant impact through their dedication and passion. With that, we are excited to spotlight these Women To Watch, who are doing just that in their own respective right. From helping others find their confidence and style, to guiding parents through the challenges of raising children, to leading a nonprofit organization that inspires young girls to recognize their inner strength, increase their physical activity, imagine their possibilities, and confidently stand up for themselves and others, these are truly women to know, watch, and admire. Their work not only empowers individuals but also enriches our community, which is what The Scout Guide is all about.

Megan Hils is a former school psychologist, mother of two boys, and PCI certified parent coach.
