8 Things Cincy by Satterwhite is Loving Right Now
What we love most about Scout Guide members is that they get it. They too are such champions and supporters of the small businesses and business owners in their communities, therefore they make amazing #scouts for some of the best and most unique local recommendations. Because of that, we not only want to hear from them, but we want to get to know them better by getting to know what they love. We recently reached out to Erin Satterwhite, realtor of Cincy by Satterwhite, to find out what she’s loving lately. Be it her “most favorite hobby” or what’s she’s currently crafting, we loved learning more about Erin this way, so check it all out below!
1. What I’m Doing
Currently juggling showing homes, writing offers, taking kids to soccer fields and acting rehearsals/auditions, and walking our three pups! Whew!
2. What I’m Wearing
Currently sweaty after a Peloton ride in my MEAS Active biker shorts and sports bra! But around town, I’ve been obsessed with my checkerboard dress from Idlewild, and last weekend, I got to be fancy in a red silk dress from Capsule!
3. Where I’m Shopping
My very favorite hobby! You’ll find me at the Mariemont Strand at Capsule, The Wardrobe, or Trevor Furbay, in Hyde Park Square at Ossie and Alligator Purse, and downtown in OTR at Idlewild and Sloane! We have so many amazing boutiques in this city!
4. What I’m Reading
I love fiction and I love thrillers! Most recently I’ve read Ruth Ware’s “Zero Days,” Alice Feeney’s “Rock Paper Scissors,” and “A Good Girl’s Guide to Murder” by Holly Jackson. I have the sequel to “The Housemaid” on my nightstand to read next!
5. What I’m Eating
All things fall! Give me pumpkin spiced, apple flavored anything! Very excited about local eateries we can take our golf cart to in Terrace Park: our fav, The Birch, our go to hang, Covalt Station, and the new guy in town, Golden State Tacos!
6. What I’m Making
Halloween decor! Lots of spray painting and crafting going on to decorate the inside and outside of our house! A dollhouse turned into a haunted house and a rainbow 12 foot skeleton!
7. What I’m Decorating
Halloween. I decorate in September, I’m one of “those” people. I LOVE Halloween! I’ve picked up some great decor from Camargo Trading, Pomegranate & Lime, and Cottage Paperie!
8. Where I’m Going
Very excited to be attending Design Cincinnati on September 28th benefiting Children’s Hospital at Kenwood Country Club! Our guest speaker this year is India Hicks! Having served on the board in years past, I know that not only is this a beautiful event, it also benefits an organization I care so much about.
