8 Healthy Habits

My 8 healthy habits will help your achieve your healthy living goals.

1) Upon wakening, drink a large glass of water with lemon and a tbsp of apple cider vinegar.
2) Move your body every single day.
3) Meditate, journal or do some sort of self reflection.
4) Eat veggies with every meal and aim for 6-8 cups of veggies per day.
5) Sauna daily and turn your shower to cold at the end. 
6) Prioritize your protein with every meal. Aim for at least 100 grams per day.
7) Have meaningful relationships that nourish your soul.
8) Close the kitchen after dinner and do your best to not eat at night. Aim for a minimum of a 12 hour fast.
