To celebrate the launch of Volume Seven, we invited our Members, their nearest + dearest, and loyal supporters of The Scout Guide Baton Rouge to join us for a fun-filled evening at The St. Francisville Inn.

We are so grateful to those who joined us for this fabulous evening, and we are forever dazzled by these images captured by our incredibly talented photographer and friend, Caitlin B Photography. Here, we relive the evening, recapping finer details our members and Scouted Event Vendors helped us to create.

Upon arrival, guests were immediately greeted by Volume 7’s cover colors and a welcome cocktail from Le Doodle’s oh-s0-precious popsicle trike — a strawberry champagne spritzer with edible flowers. SPEAKING of flowers… oh the wondrous, beautiful, perfect flowers. You’ll find a touch of Forage throughout this entire party. Forage, we’re at a loss for words, so we’ll let all of these pictures do the talking!

With a spritz in hand and now fully immersed by the charm of the Inn, guests were eager to peruse the new edition for the first time. Now let’s walk through all of the lovely details featured on the front lawn, shall we? We’ll start by highlighting our life-size book cover moment (we print this locally each year at Vivid Ink).

A secret until the launch of each volume, the unveiling of Vol. 7’s cover colors offered the first of many photo ops. The Ivy Wall from The Modern Debutante made for a perfect backdrop accompanied by the most beautiful balloon display we’ve ever seen! Thank you again to Lagniappe Balloons Designs — we’re still blown away by how beautiful this turned out!

Specialty Cocktails from The Tippy Tap were an absolute hit — the presentation and quality of their beverages never cease to amaze us.

Our outdoor lounge seating provided by Jolie Rentals was the perfect place for guests to sip their cocktails and enjoy the lovely sounds of Magnolia Strings. Playing everything from “Lover” by Taylor Swift to classics like “La Vien Rose,” this talented ensemble brought all the Bridgerton vibes and we couldn’t have loved it more.

Truly Haute lit up the party with an array of beautiful candle decor both inside and out.

The cakes and macarons provided by Sweet Stirrings were almost too gorgeous to eat, but we can assure you that they did indeed taste as perfect as they looked. The same can be said for the charcuterie trays crafted by Bites & Boards. Guests were able to leave with a little sweet treat to end the night with chocolate chip cookies baked by Counterspace — we’ve never seen cookies go so fast!

The lovely courtyard was a favorite spot for guests to congregate thanks to The Pixure Booth and the TSG marquee lights provided courtesy of Jeaux Jumps.

Last but certainly not least, this magical event could not have been done without the help of the Weddings Taylor Made. These two ladies are an absolute pleasure to work with, and simply just GREAT at what they do!
