Hilliard Studio Method’s Berry Pick-Me-Up Smoothie

Ingredients: Makes 1 Smoothie
1 scoop Tera’s Whey Protein
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 heaping handful of fresh strawberries
2 fresh mint leaves
½ cup microgreens
½ avocado
1 scoop Catie’s Vitamin C
Coconut water until desired consistency
Ice

Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth. Note: This smoothie should be more juice-like—not too thick!—so don’t be afraid to keep adding coconut water.
