What We're Making: Cinnamon Raisin "Oatmeal Cookies"

From Southern Pressed Juicery, the Greenville, South Carolina-based purveyors of cold pressed juices, superfood smoothies, salads, and other healthy snacks, comes a deliciously simple recipe for cinnamon raison “oatmeal cookies.” The quotation marks aren’t just us being cute with punctuation; there is no actual oatmeal or baking involved in this equation—these tasty treats are chilled and served raw. Featuring energy and health-boosting ingredients, the “cookies” are easy to make and sweetly satisfying, making them the perfect guilt-free pairing for a cup of green tea.
