Today we released the fourth volume of The Scout Guide Chattanooga. To celebrate the guide’s debut, TSG Chattanooga Editors Billy Woodall and Rodney Simmons held a party for members and friends on October 13 at Waterhouse Pavilion, where guests perused the new publication.
